BRIAN REGAN

My first comedian I am going to share with everyone is the spontaneous Brian Regan. Brian became one of my all-time favorites after just hearing one his acts. By only hearing one of his stand up specials via audio file I became fascinated with his absurd observational comedy routines. His voice inflections and the way he can deliver his material is extremely funny. Brian uses everyday awkward situations that most everyone can relate to. When I finally was able to see him preform I doubled over laughing once again because Brian uses his face and gestures seamlessly with his act. A great part about his routine that I like is that it is clean. He can appeal to all audiences without having to be dirty at all. Brian Regan is definitely one of my favorites and an excellent comedian.

I wanted to categorize some of the comedians I will be sharing with you so that you know what to expect when you check them out.

 Overall-is the combination of the comedians act, delivery, material, stage presence, and wild factor.

Delivery-is how the comedian executes his or her material and the speed of the routine.

Stage Presence-evaluates how much of the stage the comedian uses and how visually effective the comedian is.

Wild Factor-is used to express how unique or creative the comedian is with his or her routine

I will also include an obscenity level to each comic which rates how dirty or adult related the material is of each comedian.


The Obscenity level will be None, Low , Medium , High, and  Holy @#$!
